Original Content Requirement

All products listed on Stickera Asia must be:

  • Original designs created by the seller, OR
  • Properly licensed with full rights for commercial use

Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to sell their products.

Prohibited Content (Strictly Enforced)

The following content is NOT allowed on Stickera Asia:

  • Copyright Infringement
    • Use of copyrighted characters, artwork, or designs without permission
    • Fan art based on:
      • Anime
      • Movies
      • TV shows
      • Games
      • Reproductions of existing artwork or designs
  • Trademark Violations
    • Use of brand names, logos, or trademarks without authorization
    • Examples:
      • Company logos
      • Brand mascots
      • Recognizable commercial designs
  • Stolen or Copied Designs
    • Uploading designs taken from:
      • Other artists
      • Online marketplaces
      • Social media
  • Offensive or Illegal Content
    • Hate speech or discriminatory content
    • Violence or harmful imagery
    • Illegal or regulated content
  • Misleading Listings
    • False product descriptions
    • Misrepresentation of materials or quality
    • Fake or deceptive images

Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

Stickera Asia respects the rights of creators, brands, and copyright holders.

  • Reporting Infringement
    If you believe content on Stickera Asia violates your intellectual property rights, you may submit a report including:
    • Your contact information
    • Description of the copyrighted work
    • Link to the infringing listing
    • Proof of ownership
  • Enforcement Actions
    Stickera Asia may take the following actions:
    • Remove infringing listings
    • Issue warnings to sellers
    • Suspend or terminate seller accounts
    • Withhold payouts where necessary

IMPORTANT NOTE: Repeat offenders may be permanently banned.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • They own the rights to their designs
  • Their products do not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Maintain accurate listings
  • Deliver products as described
  • Communicate respectfully with buyers
  • Comply with all applicable laws

IMPORTANT NOTE: Failure to meet these standards may result in penalties.

Buyer Protection & Reporting

Buyers may report:

  • Non-delivery of items
  • Items not as described
  • Suspected counterfeit or copied designs

Stickera Asia may investigate and take appropriate action.

Platform Monitoring

Stickera Asia may:

  • Review listings for compliance
  • Use automated or manual moderation
  • Remove content at its discretion

We reserve the right to act without prior notice if necessary.

Zero Tolerance for Repeat Violations

Accounts that repeatedly violate this policy may be:

  • Permanently suspended
  • Banned from the platform
  • Reported to relevant authorities if required
