Welcome to Stickera Asia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stickera Asia website, marketplace, and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

About Stickera Asia

Stickera Asia is an online marketplace that connects independent creators (“Sellers”) with customers (“Buyers”) who wish to purchase physical stickers and related products.
Stickera Asia acts as a platform provider and does not manufacture or directly sell products listed by sellers unless explicitly stated.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, users may need to create an account.
Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for activities under their account

Stickera Asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Marketplace Transactions

When purchasing products on Stickera Asia:

  • Buyers enter into a transaction directly with the Seller.
  • Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders.
  • Sellers are responsible for product accuracy and quality.

Stickera Asia may facilitate payments and order processing but is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions
  • Fulfill orders promptly
  • Ensure products do not violate intellectual property rights
  • Comply with applicable laws

Stickera Asia reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform rules.

Payments

Stickera Asia uses Stripe and its related services (including Stripe Connect, where applicable) to facilitate payments between Buyers and Sellers on the Platform.
By using Stickera Asia, you agree to the following:

  1. Payment Processing
    • Payments made on the Platform are processed securely via Stripe.
    • Buyers may pay using supported payment methods such as credit/debit cards and other options provided by Stripe.
    • Stickera Asia does not store full payment card details.
  2. Seller Payouts
    • Sellers must create and maintain a valid Stripe account to receive payouts.
    • Payouts will be processed through Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s verification requirements.
    • Payout schedules (e.g., daily, weekly) may depend on Stripe settings and seller account status.
  3. Fees and Charges
    • Stickera Asia may deduct applicable marketplace fees, commissions, or service charges before releasing payouts to sellers.
    • Stripe may also charge payment processing fees, which may be deducted from transactions.
  4. Payment Holds and Reserves
  • Stickera Asia and/or Stripe may place holds, reserves, or delays on payouts in cases including:
    • Suspected fraud
    • Disputes or chargebacks
    • High-risk transactions
    • New seller accounts
  1. Refunds and Chargebacks
    • Refunds may be initiated by sellers in accordance with their store policies.
    • In the case of chargebacks or payment disputes, Stripe may reverse the transaction and deduct the amount from the seller’s account.
    • Sellers are responsible for handling disputes and providing necessary evidence.
  2. Third-Party Terms
  • By using Stripe, users agree to comply with:
    • Stripe’s Terms of Service
    • Stripe’s Privacy Policy

Stickera Asia is not responsible for the services, actions, or errors of Stripe.

Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Shipping products
  • Packaging
  • Providing accurate shipping timelines

Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping provider.
Stickera Asia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns and Refunds

  • Refund and return policies may vary by seller.
  • Buyers should review the seller’s return policy before purchasing.

Stickera Asia may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including:

  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Website content
  • Platform features

are owned by Stickera Asia or its licensors.

Sellers retain ownership of their artwork and sticker designs but grant Stickera Asia permission to display and promote their listings on the platform.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Upload illegal or infringing content
  • Copy or steal artwork
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Engage in fraud or abuse
  • Attempt to disrupt platform operations

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Limitation of Liability

Stickera Asia provides the platform “as is”. We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Seller conduct
  • Buyer disputes
  • Shipping issues

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stickera Asia shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Termination

  • Stickera Asia may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
  • Users may stop using the platform at any time.

Changes to Terms

  • Stickera Asia may update these Terms periodically.
  • Updated versions will be posted on the website.
  • Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
